What is deconstruction?
Deconstruction is the skill of an environmentally friendly but labour-intensive demolition technique that maximizes what can be done with the materials created. Deconstruction is collecting recyclable materials, without causing damage. It usually requires extensive hand demolition and sorting to prepare a structure for an eco-friendly demolition.
What is an interior demolition?
An interior demolition does not come in contact with the overall structure of a home or building property. An interior demolition basically tackles the demolishing of spatial elements. Do I need to obtain a demolition permit for my planned project?
“You need to obtain a building permit to relocate or demolish an existing building or structure.
